From the historic centre with its magnificent buildings from many centuries, to the former villages outside the once-standing ramparts, to the green hills of the Vienna Woods.
The baroque Belvedere Palace is located very close to the historic centre. It was built in 1723 by Eugen, Prince of SavoyenCarignan, known also as the "noble knight". Back then a hotel wasn't so easy to find.
The castle gardens are one of the most important baroque gardens in French style in all of Europe. However, the sights of Vienna are not the only reason for a visit.
Window shopping while strolling through the pedestrian zone of the inner city, a musical, a night at the opera or a cosy evening at one of the "Heuriger" (wine tasting taverns) in Grinzing are some examples among many possibilities that Vienna offers to its visitors. Most of our visitors prefer accomodation in the city's center.
Today you would not recognize it! Vienna is home to embassies, finance and museums, concert and opera halls, historical buildings as well as many other sights, not to metion the ever-changing exhibitions. However, the sights of Vienna are not the only reason for paying a visit.
In Vienna you can find virtually every kind of hotel. We - BestViennaHotels - do not claim to be the best (or most exclusive), but we are sure that we can provide a great mixture of style, service, location, friendliness, professionality and pricing, so that we well deserve our name.
